For all the payment of university accommodation, we would like the delegates directly pay to the HongKong University of Science & Technology (HKUST). As delegates need to settle all the accommodation cost to university by early of May. All the university accommodation application should be sent to HKUST before 24th March 2006. The campus accommodation places are limit; room allocation will be on first come-first serve bases.
1. Sea view suites mainly for invited plenary speaker
HKD 1400 (≈ EURO 160) / night (4 person max.) (Breakfast included)

Basic necessities such as tower, soap, shampoo etc. are provided.
 
2. Guest rooms mainly for the keynote speakers ad advisory board member
Single HKD 700 (≈EURO 80) / night (breakfast included)
Double HKD 900 (≈EURO 100) / night (breakfast included)
In room internet connection is included.
Basic necessities such as tower, soap, shampoo etc. are provided.
3. Student hall
HKD 400 (≈EURO 45) /night (2 person max.)
In room internet connection is included.
Student hall is divided into male and female floor.
Guests should bring along their own towel, suit, tooth paste, tooth brush, soap, shampoo, slippers and cups
 
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are fully furnished and air-conditioned with two single beds.
Common facilities
On each floor of the hall, there are:
- toilets and showers
- a pantry, equipped with a sink, refrigerators, microwave ovens and electric
water boiler
- a common room with a TV set
- telephones
- a drinking fountain
*Smoking is not allowed in the campus area.
4. Other Hotel Accommodation (Booked directly with hotels)
If delegates choose to live in other hotels, they are requested to do all the hotel booking by themselves. We are not response to do any booking of this.
