Abstract
Many toxic substances are introduced into air as nanoparticles in urban areas. The probabilities of remove of nanoparticles have local maximums and minimums. It has known from experimental data. This possibility has been taken into account for creation of stochastic theory of relationship between air pollution by nanoparticles and nanopartile technology. However, there is a problem with information for simulation nanoparticle pollutant loads into Environment. The moral expectation of mass of nanoparticles in Environment may be estimated with aid of a Lebeg’s integral and a new generalization of Tchebysheff’s and Kolmogorov’s inequalities. It may be used under condition of incomplete information too. Thus, the stochastic theory of environment protection against nanoparticles has been created
